Madhudhara Refund Policy

If you receive an inappropriate product or find that a wrong product is being delivered to you, please mail us the picture of the incorrect product at madhudharafarm07@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered. We will then dispatch your correct order between 24 to 48 hours of getting the email. Alongside, we will recollect the wrong product from your place.

If you find the delivered product damaged or broken, which most likely won’t happen, you can take a picture of it and send it to us on madhudharafarm07@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered. We will make sure that the damaged product will be replaced within 48 hours of getting the email.

We do not accept the product if it is opened, except for special cases/ reasons.

Product return terms and conditions :

Items that are being returned to Madhudhara, are if in any inappropriate packing and do not reach us safely then full return credit will not be eligible. The shipping cost of returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for any parcel that is lost during the return, please do send via authorised parcel services.

Cancellation Policy :

As the orders are directly reaching the packaging department when they are paced. Please send an email at madhudharafarm07@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing an order if you want to cancel it.
